Our primary responsibility is to facilitate the collection, transportation, storage (where applicable), and delivery of parcels, packages, documents, and goods on behalf of our customers.

Guru Logistics does not manufacture, import, export, distribute, advertise, market, endorse, certify, inspect for quality, own, or sell any product entrusted to us for delivery unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.

Accordingly, the Company shall not be interpreted as a retailer, supplier, distributor, merchant, reseller, or representative of any individual, business, organization, or brand whose products are transported through our logistics network.

Third-Party Products

All products, goods, parcels, documents, or materials transported by Guru Logistics remain the sole property and responsibility of their respective owners, senders, merchants, vendors, manufacturers, or authorized representatives.

The appearance of any product, brand name, packaging, trademark, logo, label, or promotional material during transportation or delivery does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, sponsorship, partnership, agency relationship, or affiliation between Guru Logistics and the respective owner of such product or brand.

Guru Logistics provides transportation and logistics services only.

Sender’s Responsibility

Every customer, sender, merchant, vendor, or business using Guru Logistics confirms and warrants that:

* They are legally authorized to send the parcel.
* They are the lawful owner of the goods or have authority to ship them.
* Every item has been accurately declared.
* The parcel contains no illegal, dangerous, prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, or restricted item.
* The shipment complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
* The goods have been packaged appropriately for transportation.
* Any required permits, licenses, approvals, or regulatory authorizations have been obtained before shipment.

The sender assumes full legal responsibility for every parcel entrusted to Guru Logistics.

Limitation of Responsibility

Guru Logistics shall not be responsible for:

* The quality of any product.
* Product defects or manufacturing faults.
* Product safety.
* Product authenticity.
* Product performance.
* Product effectiveness.
* Product warranties.
* Product recalls.
* Regulatory approvals.
* Expiry dates.
* Counterfeit products.
* Misrepresentation by vendors.
* Mislabelled products.
* Hidden or undeclared contents.
* Customer dissatisfaction with any product.
* Any dispute between buyers and sellers concerning the goods transported.

Our responsibility is limited solely to providing logistics and delivery services in accordance with our operational procedures and applicable terms.

Illegal, Restricted & Prohibited Items

Guru Logistics strictly prohibits the transportation of any parcel containing illegal, prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or dangerous items.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Illegal drugs and narcotics
* Firearms and ammunition
* Explosives
* Hazardous chemicals
* Toxic substances
* Counterfeit goods
* Stolen property
* Human remains
* Wildlife products transported unlawfully
* Fraudulent materials
* Forged documents
* Illegal pharmaceuticals
* Any item prohibited under applicable law

The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse, inspect, suspend, reject, return, confiscate where legally required, or report any shipment suspected of violating applicable laws or Company policies.

Right to Inspect

For safety, security, and regulatory compliance, Guru Logistics reserves the right, where permitted by law, to request information about, inspect, scan, verify, or refuse any shipment.

Failure to provide accurate information regarding shipment contents may result in cancellation of the shipment without liability to Guru Logistics.

Indemnification

The sender agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guru Logistics, its directors, officers, employees, riders, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, legal proceedings, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

* Illegal shipment contents.
* False declarations.
* Fraudulent transactions.
* Regulatory violations.
* Intellectual property infringement.
* Transportation of prohibited goods.
* Breach of applicable laws.
* Misrepresentation by the sender.
* Any third-party claim relating to the shipment.

No Agency Relationship

Nothing contained within Guru Logistics’ services, website, mobile application, advertising, or communications shall be construed as creating an agency, franchise, joint venture, employment, partnership, or representative relationship between Guru Logistics and any customer, merchant, vendor, manufacturer, retailer, or product owner.

Guru Logistics acts solely as an independent logistics and delivery service provider.

Regulatory Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that every shipment complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, customs requirements, health regulations, and other legal obligations before tendering the shipment to Guru Logistics.

Where required by law, Guru Logistics may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory authorities, or government institutions during investigations involving any shipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guru Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from the contents, legality, ownership, quality, or use of any goods transported through its services.

The Company’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited strictly to obligations expressly accepted under its Terms and Conditions.

By booking a shipment with Guru Logistics, you acknowledge and agree that:

* You have read and understood this Disclaimer.
* You accept full responsibility for the legality, ownership, packaging, declaration, and contents of your shipment.
* You understand that Guru Logistics is only providing logistics and delivery services and is not affiliated with or responsible for the products being transported.
* You agree to indemnify Guru Logistics against any claims arising from your shipment.
* You consent to inspections where required by law or under Guru Logistics’ operational policies.
